At Padani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
